Lil’ Ozark Farms’ Policies

Our puppies go to their new homes absolutely no earlier than 8 weeks of age, sometimes longer if we feel they are not ready yet. They will come with a health certificate from our Veterinarian, their shot/worming record (all puppies come current on vaccinations/dewormings), their appropriate registration papers, if registered, puppy food (we feed Nutri Source) and a sample of Nu Vet vitamins we start all of our puppies on. All of our puppies come with limited registration (pet homes only) unless further discussed and approved homes only. 

We do require a $300 (Non-Refundable) deposit to reserve a puppy for you. If for some reason you need to cancel the purchase of the puppy, you are welcome to apply the deposit towards another puppy in the future. 

Our preferred payment method is through Square services (with their 3.1% processing fee added). I will send you an invoice to your email if you choose to reserve a puppy. If puppy is shipping, I will book the flight and once I send confirmed flight info, we will ask for the remaining balance via Square as well. Payment is to be made two days prior to flight departure date. We also require a picture of your Photo ID to verify you are the one paying for the puppy and picking up the puppy.  If you choose to pick your puppy up, we will ask for cash for the final payment at pickup. We do not accept Checks or any Money Orders.
 
We do offer shipping via air or ground and both are an additional $450. We can only fly puppies weather permitting and no snub nosed breeds are allowed to fly. If you want ground shipping, our transporter will bring the puppy to your home if wanted.
